These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Clad, including the Clad Chrome extension, the website located at tryclad.com, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. By using Clad, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Description of the Service

Clad allows users to preview images of themselves wearing products found across the web using image processing and machine learning technology. The results are visual simulations provided for informational and illustrative purposes only.

3. Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Some features of Clad require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us (through our third-party payment processor) to charge recurring fees in accordance with your selected plan.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
• You may cancel at any time through your account settings
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law

5. User Content

You retain ownership of images and content you upload to Clad (“User Content”). By using the Services, you grant Clad a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, store, and display your User Content solely to provide and improve the Services.

You represent that you have all rights necessary to upload and use any User Content and that doing so does not violate any third-party rights.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful or harmful purposes
• Upload content you do not have the right to use
• Attempt to reverse engineer or misuse the Services
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of Clad

7. Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, design, branding, and content (excluding User Content), are owned by Clad or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Services without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Clad does not guarantee that virtual try-on results will be accurate, realistic, or suitable for any particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
